Classes, Workshops, and Credits.
Class passes, workshop passes, and credit packs are not exchangeable, transferrable, or refundable outside of the terms and conditions detailed below, or at the discretion of Green Light Sanctuary. All bookings are subject to availability. If you do not attend a booking of any type and fail to provide notice as detailed below, you are not entitled to any form of refund or credit. If you believe your circumstances are exceptional, please email charli@greenlightsanctuary.com to have your circumstances individually considered; please note this is at the discretion of Green Light Sanctuary.
Duration of Validity.
Credits are valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Classes beyond the 30 day period may be booked in advance within the 30 day window. Expired credits are not exchangeable, transferrable, or refundable. Credit validity may be ‘paused’ for up to 14 days whilst the purchaser is on holiday if approved by Green Light Sanctuary; the purchaser is required to notify Green Light Sanctuary 14 days in advance by emailing charli@greenlightsanctuary.com. Credit validity may be extended under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Green Light Sanctuary; requests of this nature should be conveyed in writing and sent to charli@greenlightsanctuary.com.
Cancellations.
If you can no longer attend a booked class as a single class pass holder, notify Green Light Sanctuary by emailing charli@greenlightsanctuary.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. If you provide 24 hours notice of cancellation before the scheduled start time by emailing charli@greenlightsanctuary.com, you are entitled to recoup your payment in the form of Green Light Sanctuary credit, which is valid for 30 days from the time of cancellation. If you provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, no refund or credit will be issued. If you believe your circumstances are exceptional, please email charli@greenlightsanctuary.com to have your circumstances individually considered; please note this is at the discretion of Green Light Sanctuary.
If you have purchased a credit pack and can no longer attend a booked class, provide 24 hours notice of cancellation before the scheduled start time by emailing charli@greenlightsanctuary.com to recoup your payment in the form of Green Light Sanctuary credit, which is valid for 30 days from the original time of credit pack purchase. If you have purchased a credit pack and can no longer attend a booked workshop, provide 48 hours notice of cancellation before the scheduled start time by emailing charli@greenlightsanctuary.com to recoup your payment in the form of Green Light Sanctuary credit, which is valid for 30 days from the original time of credit pack purchase. If you provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation for a booked class, or less than 48 hours notice of cancellation for a booked workshop no credit will be issued. If you believe your circumstances are exceptional, please email charli@greenlightsanctuary.com to have your circumstances individually considered; please note this is at the discretion of Green Light Sanctuary.
In the rare scenario that a class or workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a credit note to all those who have previously booked the class or workshop. Green Light Sanctuary will not be liable for any other incurred costs or damages to the participant from a cancellation.
Conditions of Participation.
Participants must arrive at Green Light Sanctuary in advance of their class or workshop start time by at least 5 minutes; 15 minutes in advance of the class or workshop start time is suggested. Failure to arrive on time will result in detail of participation without refund. Personal belongings brought to classes and workshops are brought at the participants’s risk. The safety of the possessions are not the responsibility of Green Light Sanctuary. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of personal possessions except in so far as such loss or damage is by law incapable of exclusion. Shoes should not be worn during the class. Green Light Sanctuary requests that all participants to dress appropriately for the class or workshop they are attending; advice for this may be found in our Shala Standards and our FAQs. Cleanliness and hygiene are expected for the benefit of every participant. Soiled clothes or poor personal hygiene will result Green Light Sanctuary exercising the right to refuse entry.
