Workshops

The extended format of workshops allows us to dive deeper into a specific aspect of our practice. Themes and teachers change week to week; from a complete practice of the modified Ashtanga primary series with James, to focusing on arm balancing asanas with Charli, to something totally different with another Green Light Heart or a guest teacher! Often, there’s more time to pause, ask questions, and discuss than you’d find in a regular class- workshops are a great opportunity to be extra curious, request specific adjustments, and learn from the community around you.
